Amani, a senior psychology student and member of the lab, is running a study on how environmental factors may affect the work-life balance of individuals with various levels of self-control and the tipping points in employment status. Anyone 18 years of age or older is welcome to participate in the 30-minute online survey and would be greatly contributing to Amani’s academic career and research in the field of industrial and organizational psychology.
