Congratulations, Jamal and Wyatt!

Congratulations to undergraduate research assistants Jamal Madison and Wyatt Clark for graduating this semester!

Jamal graduated from Oakland University with a B.A. in psychology with plans for applying to law school and continuing his psychology research. Since Jamal has been in the lab with us, he has facilitated an online study that investigates suicide risk assessment, given multiple presentations in the lab and at conferences, and co-authored a chapter on narrative identity seen in The Routledge International Handbook of Changes in Human Perceptions and Behaviors. Jamal has also served as our lab manager for the year!

Wyatt graduated from Oakland University with a B.A. in psychology and a minor in Japanese language. During his time in the lab, Wyatt has played a crucial role in collecting and coding data for multiple studies, gave multiple presentations to the lab, and gave his first poster presentation at MPA! Wyatt will continue to attend Oakland University in the fall as a graduate student in the Master of Counseling program.

We are so proud of all that Jamal and Wyatt have achieved and look forward to seeing what comes next for both of them!
