Congratulations are in order as we had 5 of our current lab members and 1 former lab member graduate this past weekend!
We would like to congratulate our research assistants, Conner Cole-Salem, Katie Romzek, Gina Reyes, and Logan Porter for graduating with their undergraduate degrees this semester. We also want to congratulate Paxton Hicks for obtaining his Master’s degree in psychology! And, we also want to congratulate Lazo Dordeski for obtaining his Master’s degree in counseling!

Conner graduated from Oakland University with a B.A. in psychology, receiving department honors and summa cum laude. During his time in the lab, Conner has played a crucial role in collecting and coding data for multiple studies and conceptualized an online study that investigates treatment dropout. Conner will be pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling next fall to become an LPC. We look forward to seeing the progress Conner makes as he continues with his study this semester, and all of his future endeavors!

Katie graduated from Oakland University’s Honors College with a B.A. in psychology, receiving department honors, summa cum laude, and was awarded thesis of distinction for her Honor’s College thesis! As a research assistant in the lab, Katie has helped collect data, conceptualized three ongoing research projects, and presented her first poster at MPA. We are excited to see Katie’s progress in the Master’s program and continue working with her!

We can’t thank Logan enough for all of his help keeping our research studies running and we look forward to seeing the progress he makes with the poster, and all of his future endeavors!

Paxton graduated from Oakland University with a M.A. in Psychology.
